SIX HOURS IN THE SADDLE – OR MORE!

There are going to be a few aches and pains on Sunday, 20th June 2010 when a team of 16 cyclists head to Clapham Common in London to take part in this year’s annual London to Brighton Bike Ride.

ISD-Tech, an integrated security solutions provider based in Camberley, Surrey along with employees, friends, family and suppliers are joining together to raise funds for the British Heart Foundation which helps to develop better treatment and care for people suffering from heart disease, and provide ground-breaking research and innovative health initiatives.

Managing Director Nicky Stokes said: “this is the first year that ISD-Tech have entered a team and we hope to make this an annual event.  Most people have had some experience of heart disease whether it has affected themselves or their family and friends.  The BHF provides enormous support to those affected and we are proud to support them”.

The London to Brighton Bike Ride is the UK's largest charity bike ride with 27,000 riders cycling the scenic route between London and Brighton on the south coast.  Nicky said: “we have a few of our team who have been training really hard so we expect that they will be waiting for the rest of us to arrive in Brighton but we plan to enjoy the day, no matter how long it takes”.
