ISD-Tech’s European head quarters are based in Camberley, Surrey. This positions us well for road, rail and air links to Europe.
At our Cambridgeshire Office we have developed our bench-testing and pre-installation setup of hardware service which includes system pre-configuration and testing of major systems prior to deployment to site. This ensures that we are able to ascertain prior to installation that systems are configured to client requirements and that any potential issues are dealt with prior to attending site so negating time lost due to faulty equipment.
Where site facilities allow, we have our own in-house Technical Support Department that is linked to our call centre. Our support team deal with technical queries from our own engineering teams but also deal directly with our clients. We can provide a telephone or remote diagnostic service where catered for, whereby our technicians can dial directly into your site to carry out remedial work without having to send an engineer to site or to provide diagnostic assistance to give first line service support.
