Commodoor Light 3-Way - Security Airlock
TECHNICAL FEATURES
Circular fixed EXTERNAL STRUCTURE made with semi-finished steel parts 10/10 in thickness with bullet-proof curved glass 21/22mm thick to P7B(EN356) BR2(EN1063).
DIMENSIONS: Diameter 1500mm, Height 2400mm Weight 1030Kg.
TRANSIT OPENING: 740mm.
TOP SECTION made with special semi-finished steel parts 40/10, complete with anti-dust top closing and removable lower ceiling.
Rounded turning SINGLE DOORS, made with special semi-finished steel parts with bullet-proof curved glass 21/22mm thick to P7B(EN356) BR2(EN1063).
FINISH All steel parts will be treated with a polyurethane coating.
TRANSIT SPEED 6 passages every minute.
SELF-POWERING in standard version with # 3 batteries of 2 A/h ON LINE that allows the mono-bloc to run should there be a power failure.
ANTI-ISOLATION SYSTEM. By pushing the door's alarm button inside the mono-bloc, the external door is freed and it can be opened manually after the internal door has closed.
SINGLE TRANSIT FUNCTION that is controlled in both directions in order to guarantee one single passage and give transit information.
First entrance and last exit FUNCTION with electromagnetic security key.
TRAFFIC LIGHT AND INTERCOM SYSTEM is composed of an intercom placed on the outside of the mono-bloc with traffic lights and intercom call and open push buttons.
COMMAND LOGIC, single-card version with programmable microprocessor, with the possibility to be interfaced with a serial line, TV transmission and event recorder.
LIGHTING: Internal transit area halogen light.
EMERGENCY: door opening despite of their position.
ELECTRO-MECHANICAL MOTOR (reversible) with security block when closing, low tension power set by a control system that guarantees a constant setting of the motor's torque keeping it within the desired values.
ANTI-ACCIDENT SECURITY SYSTEM that conforms with the norm CEE 84/529 and 86/312 designed with kinetic energy <10 J, optical security edges placed along the edges of the rotating door.
